Magazine

Mervyn Peake

Kandinsky's woodcuts

Auguste Rodin

Eric Ravilious

David Hockney's Palette

Reading the Royal Academy magazine I decided to scan the images I found most interesting...It's a pitty I had to leave behind the photos of beautiful Rodin's sculptures from his upcoming exhibition. Next time perhaps.

  1. I like this name that sounds like an adjective "Ravilious".
You know anything else about him?

  9. What do you think of French comic artist Gotlib? http://www.marcelgotlib.com/

He and Argentinian artist Quino were my favorite when I was a kid.

  10. I like Quino but I am not sure I like Gotlib.(Gottlieb!...I just realise that that must be his real name.."Dear God" in German...and he was a very anarchic and irreverent artist!)
