That second cartoon is superb!! I would love to see this style animated!!
It will be near impossible to find animators with such skills to move and project spatially figures like these. And in a perfect world, avoiding the accostumed stereotypical posing animators use nowadays. See the images of "Tangled" or "The Frog Princess" for instance.
